Holly brings more than two decades of leadership experience in talent management and human resources, with a career spanning higher education, biotech, and human services. She has introduced transformational practices and strategies across organizations, serving as a Chief Human Resources Officer in the non-profit sector, and as a leader for advancement talent management at renowned institutions including Boston University, Carnegie Mellon, Tufts University, and the University of Rochester.

Currently, Holly is a Senior Associate at Boyden, a global talent advisory firm, where she partners with institutions to identify and align top fundraising talent for the higher education and nonprofit sectors. She also serves as an executive coach, drawing on her certifications as a Gallup Strengths Coach and SPHR to help leaders and teams unlock their innate talents, build engagement, and thrive in their work environments.

A frequent speaker to national and international audiences, Holly has shared insights on a wide range of talent management topics. She is also a proud recipient of the CASE Crystal Apple Award for Teaching Excellence, recognizing her impact on the advancement profession.
