Phase 2: Build Productive Teams and Partners
Who are WE at our best?
This workshop shows intact teams how to use the language of strengths to improve communication and collaboration. It is an excellent launch for team in transition or a team building boost for an existing team.
Team Building Workshop:
Build Productive Teams and Partners
Is Your Team…
- In transition due to high turnover, a reorganization or new leadership
- Needing a reset after significant change or upheaval
- Working on high-stakes deliverables that demand everyone at their best
- Wrestling with old guard/new guard dynamics or other types of conflict
- Committed to psychological safety and belonging
- Looking to break down silos and improve collaboration
- Seeking to engage remote employees
Our Effective Teams & Partners Workshop helps intact teams better understand and appreciate one another through the lens of strengths. As a result, teams are better equipped to form strategic partnerships, build trust, improve communication, engage in healthy conflict and maximize inherent talent on the team. A facilitated workshop (in person or virtual) is an excellent launch for a new team, or a team building boost for an existing team. People leave ready to claim the best of what they have to offer, put egos and personal agendas aside, and get the best job done. The learning continues with our Strengths Boost Reinforcement Series, which offers weekly tips on how to partner more effectively in real time.
This workshop is generally 3 hours and can be offered virtually in two parts, or as a half day, onsite workshop.
Designed for intact teams or groups of people who work regularly together.
Can be combined with Explore Your Strengths Introductory Workshop for a full-day retreat!
Ideal for teams ranging from 5 to 25 people. Contact us for larger teams!

What Participants Are Saying
“I highly recommend the Strengths Now team if you are looking to increase collaboration across your organization, break down silos, or build a stronger leadership team. The workshop exceeded our expectations and many leaders are requesting workshops for their own areas. Sara built trust quickly with many different personalities in the workshop and in follow-up coaching sessions.”
— Sandra Hughes, AVP Global Talent Management, NASDAQ
“This has been an extremely valuable tool to better understand not only myself, but how my skills match up to others in the organization and how my skills can best work within my team. Outstanding; best training I’ve ever done with our organization. It is showing up in my life in so many positive ways.”
— Participant, LifeScan
“We hired Strengths Now to spend a day with our team to have her help us learn how to work together. We weren’t exactly sure what to expect or what the outcome will be. Some team members thought it was going to be “gimmicky” and weren’t really sure of the value. Well - we could not be more pleased. A month later, we are STILL referencing what we learned. We understand each other and support each other by referencing our strengths. Our team continues to say that our day with Amy was the best spent time we’ve ever had in a training session. We cannot recommend Strengths Now strongly enough!”
— Director, Non-Profit
“I enjoyed learning how to maximize my top 5 strengths and understand why I operate the way I do…it gave me more self-awareness and also the ability to fine tune my abilities. Alternately, it makes me more aware of the qualities that i don’t naturally have, therefore, I need to lean on those that do to help me take full advantage of the “team approach.”
