The Strengths Now Team
Sara Regan, the founder of Strengths Now, became a strengths enthusiast in 2005 when she was first introduced to her own Top 5 strengths. Realizing some of her strengths were underutilized, she consciously leaned into her talent areas and found it had a profound impact on her own career trajectory, as well as the performance of the teams she managed. After becoming a Gallup Certified StrengthsFinder Coach in 2013, she launched her own consulting firm. Proudly, in 2021, Strengths Now earned the distinction as a Certified Women Owned Business. Here’s a look at the team today!
