Executive Team Reboot

The CliftonStrengths assessment is a research-based assessment that transforms great potential into greater performance. The assessment offers actionable, legitimate insights into how to work better as a team as you fully understand your strengths, as well as the strengths of your partners for team building.


Simplified, the first step to improving teamwork is through knowing your team's strengths. Know where you and your team members thrive because of your strengths -- which come naturally -- and build stronger teams, thus improving teamwork.


Executive team development and strengths-based leadership empower leaders and the people who follow, fostering a healthy and positive workplace. This program will allow leaders time to "reboot" as we reprioritize to focus on strengths to improve performance, engagement, and job satisfaction, ultimately positively affecting the business.  

  

Team Reboot Package


  • Team Audit: 1:1 meetings with each team members to learn what is working/not working within the team
  • Launch Strengths Assessment and 1:1 strengths discovery session from a career coach
  • Series of Team Coaching Retreats (about 15 hours of content total) combines the 5 Dysfunctions of a Team with Clifton strengths model
  • To identify the challenges, understand team norms, create actions to improve trust, communication
  • The team has the chance to learn the strengths profile of the executive team, ask questions, and see how their own strengths can provide cognitive diversity and complement partnerships
  • Ongoing learning and support with Strengths Boost

  • Team members take things less personally, set egos or blame aside, learn when to step up, and when to step back or rely on someone else’s expertise.

Team Coaching

Teamwork is increasingly becoming more complex. People often must work together from various offices and different teams to communicate and align work despite frequently changing environments. Therefore teamwork and proper communication not only become more critical but the opportunity for it to go awry also increases. 


What if your group could have an honest conversation about what you need from one another to do your best work? Or, what if your team could push the re-set button and break through the same old team dynamics? 


With its roots in positive psychology, this program will help foster genuine trust and respect, the foundation for success for any group. 

Critical Partners Coaching

Critical partners are two people in the same organization whose success depends upon each other. Has an important work relationship gotten off-track? Is there a retention risk because two people are having difficulty seeing eye to eye or working effectively together? 


This joint coaching package will help each person step back and understand their differences in a whole new way. Expert coaching guides difficult conversations so the pair can break through old patterns of communication and push the reset button on the relationship. 


Critical partners coaching is designed to participants:  

  • Create a shared vision for an improved working relationship – define goals and what success looks like
  • Understand their own innate talents and use individual strengths to meet performance goals
  • Develop a greater appreciation for each other’s unique strengths and explore how to leverage their differences
  • Map out communication style differences and develop strategies to improve communication
  • Identify factors that have impeded the working relationship and create an action plan going forward
