Sara became a strengths enthusiast in 2005 when she was first introduced to her own Top 5 strengths. After becoming a Gallup certified StrengthsFinder coach in 2013 she launched her own consulting firm. One of her first coaching clients was Amy Till, a best friend since the age of 13. Within a few years, Amy also became a certified coach. They find that their varying backgrounds and complimentary strengths make them great business partners in addition to being top-notch strengths coaches and facilitators.
As one of the first dozen people world-wide to become a Certified CliftonStrengths Coach by the Gallup Organization, Sara Regan is a seasoned coach who brings tremendous strengths-related knowledge and insight to her clients. Sara has been using CliftonStrengths for over 10 years and has led team sessions with over one hundred groups ranging in size from five to over ninety-five participants. Sara also received a certificate of completion from Gallup’s High Performance Management Course, the only course offered by Gallup that trains consultants and leaders on the administration of the Q12 employee engagement survey. She was selected to facilitate a year-long development series with high-potential leaders at the Boston Consortium for Higher Education where she has consulted for the last four years.
Sara has a Master’s degree in Psychology from Northeastern University and has done extensive research on leadership, management, and organizational behavior. She draws upon her own 12 years of leadership experience as a higher education administrator at Berklee College of Music where she was the Associate Dean of Students. Clients appreciate her background as a leader who has developed highly functioning teams, managed top-level strategic initiatives and successfully led complex changes.

Amy is an accomplished Gallup Certified Strengths Coach with an engaging facilitation style and a down-to-earth, results-oriented approach to coaching and consulting. She leads illuminating CliftonStrengths sessions for groups of various sizes – from entire division retreats to small team workshops. Amy has a knack for understanding the unique cultures of different organizations and teams, and she enjoys the transformative process of helping people better understand and appreciate one another. In her workshops, she seamlessly uses CliftonStrengths to accelerate team development while providing a meaningful and fun team-building experience.
Through individual and cohort coaching sessions, Amy helps her clients use their most innate talents to enhance productivity and confidently approach increasing responsibilities. Clients gain more targeted performance as they focus their strengths on topics such as communication, decision making, management, leadership, and partnering with others. Amy works with a variety leaders and individual contributors, and particularly enjoys helping technical experts become great managers, directors, and executives. Jessica is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach who expertly serves individuals and teams navigating through career and organizational change. She knows that having the desire and determination to be successful is not enough. The added edge comes from being aware of one’s unique talents and creating a plan to hone that power. Her expert training skills combined with her deep understanding of leadership coaching and transition management make her a top-notch consultant and coach. So many people wish they’d had access to their CliftonStrengths profile earlier in life and Jessica was no exception. Thus, she became committed to helping clients use this transformational tool at critical milestones in their career to help them develop best-in-class competencies.

Nancy began working at Strengths Now, Inc. in September of 2015 in the role of Administrative Assistant. She supports Sara and Amy in performing various administrative functions and works closely with clients to oversee the details of StrengthsFinder workshops. Prior to joining Strengths Now, Nancy was Office Manager for eight years at a home care agency and also held various positions in accounting and administration at a Fortune 500 company. She holds an Associate Degree in Office Automation Management from Mass Bay Community College.
