Have you ever attended a fantastic training but realized the excitement and learning seemed to fizzle over the next few weeks or months? You are not alone and in fact the research shows there is a “forgetting curve” following a training or course. We know that people need help to make learning stick. Strengths Now® has designed a Reinforcement Series to help your team put what they learn into practice right after the workshop ends.

This program is perfect for teams who want to:

  • Weave Clifton Strengths into ongoing work like goal setting, performance reviews, project assignments
  • Ensure the team understands and values all 34 strengths
  • Infuse some fun into staff meetings
  • Maximize the financial investment you made and ensure this is not a “one and done”

What it is:

Our Strengths Boost® Reinforcement Series is a series of 34 weekly emails to the team — one for each strength. It offers a weekly dose of practical and actionable content that is just the right size for busy people. Clients love that each of their Strengths Boost® messages are customized to include the names of team members who have the featured strength-of-the-week.

Timeframe:

Typically, we start the Strengths Boost® Reinforcement Series a few weeks after the workshop ends. Each person is given the opportunity to opt out if they prefer. You pick that day of the week and time you’d like your Strengths Boost to arrive. The content lasts around nine months.
