Celebrating National Certification as a Woman-Owned Business
Strengths Now, Inc. receives the prestigious Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) Certification!
We are incredibly proud to share that we have received the prestigious National Women’s Business Enterprise Certification from the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).
The WBENC certification for a women-owned business is the most recognizable and sought-after of its kind. WBENC’s meticulous certification process includes an in-depth review of the business and site inspection to confirm the company is at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by women.
As shared in our formal announcement, “We are thrilled to receive this certification by WBENC,” shared Sara Regan, founder, and CEO of Strengths Now. “This certification will allow us to become a better partner to many of our customers by helping them to meet their supplier diversity requirements. As diversity and inclusion are core to our values, they are a primary driver for several of our new programs.”
Most recently, Strengths Now launched a virtual coaching program for women who may be at a turning point in life and ready to discover their full potential. The “Embrace What’s Next” program provides an interactive, intentional, and dynamic setting for women, leveraging the CliftonStrengths model, as Sara and her coaching team help women lean into their unique strengths. Strengths Now offers this program for individuals and businesses to help women get more of what they want out of life – at home or work.
