Sara Regan, the founder of Strengths Now, became a strengths enthusiast in 2005 when she was first introduced to her own Top 5 strengths. After becoming a Gallup certified StrengthsFinder coach in 2013, she launched her own consulting firm. Here’s a look at the team today.

Sara was one of the first dozen people worldwide to become a Certified CliftonStrengths Coach by the Gallup Organization. Soon after, she launched her own consulting firm to help others solve their toughest workplace challenges using this powerful model. She is a seasoned coach, facilitator, and organizational development specialist. Sara has coached hundreds of people, helping them leverage their unique talents and have greater impact and meaning in their work. Clients appreciate her ability to zero-in on what is getting in the way and help them create a pathway forward.
Sara’s passion lies in creating custom solutions that lead to lasting culture change. With nearly 25 years of experience facilitating team sessions, she is able to create conditions for honest conversations where everyone can let their guard down. In turn, teams are able to identify the barriers to collaboration and performance and begin to break through old patterns. Oftentimes she serves as a “strengths translator” who can jump start communication and understanding in critical partnerships.
Sara is eager to help others find their own unique leadership path and humbled to be a part of their journey. She has dedicated her career to studying what the best leaders do differently. Her 20 years of experience in successive leadership roles has given her firsthand knowledge of what it is like to stand in a leader’s shoes.
Sara has received certification from Gallup’s High-Performance Management Course and the Accelerated Strengths Coaching Course. Sara has a Master’s degree in Psychology from Northeastern University and has done extensive research on leadership, management, and organizational behavior. She served as an associate dean at Berklee College of Music, where she worked for 12 years.

Jessica is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach who expertly serves individuals and teams navigating through career and organizational change. She knows that having the desire and determination to be successful is not enough. The added edge comes from being aware of one’s unique talents and creating a plan to hone that power. Her expert training skills combined with her deep understanding of leadership coaching and transition management make her a top-notch consultant and coach. So many people wish they’d had access to their CliftonStrengths profile earlier in life and Jessica was no exception. Thus, she became committed to helping clients use this transformational tool at critical milestones in their career to help them develop best-in-class competencies.
Clients appreciate Jessica’s calming energy and ability to meet them where they are. She listens. Her true gift is her ability to intuitively uncover the unique drivers that can produce outstanding results. She has an extensive background in marketing and worked for 15 years promoting leadership development services to executives and their teams. With over 13 years of higher education academic and administrative experience, Dr. Jasmine D. Parker is a transformative strategist who envisions, plans, implements, and evaluates institution-wide Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity strategic goals and initiatives. She creates, establishes metrics for, leads, and assesses organizational diversity, equity, and inclusion training and offerings to maximize institutional common knowledge and engagement. A critical scholar, she authors DEI-focused educational resources using historical inquiry, critical discourse analysis, and policy expertise to inform stakeholders while encouraging praxis. Dr. Parker is a trained interdisciplinary civil rights historian whose research intersects the fields of education, law, and sociology by highlighting historical, legal, and sociopolitical paradigm shifts as it relates to American society, social movements, group, and individual relations, representation, and access to opportunity. She is the creator and organizer of "Race, Racism & Public Spaces," a groundbreaking DEIB personal and professional development series.
Dr. Parker’s leadership has influenced a number of organizations and institutions including the Berklee College system, (including Berklee College of Music, Boston Conservatory at Berklee, Berklee Online, Berklee Valencia, Berklee NYC, and Berklee Abu Dhabi); Texas Tech University; The University of Arkansas at Fayetteville; Public Broadcasting Station’s KERA; The New York Jets; and Dallas Independent School District, to name a few. She has had many notable accomplishments, though her most cherished is the impact her care, coaching, and empathy have on the students she has been fortunate enough to teach and watch professionally grow.
She earned her Ph.D. in Education Policy, Organization & Leadership from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a Master of Arts degree in Educational Policy with a focus in constitutional law from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Sociology from Prairie View A&M University. Dr. Parker also obtained legal training as Decoudreaux Fellow at Indiana University- Bloomington, Maurer School of Law.

Amy is an accomplished Gallup Certified Strengths Coach with an engaging facilitation style and a down-to-earth, results-oriented approach to coaching and consulting. She leads illuminating CliftonStrengths sessions for groups of various sizes – from entire division retreats to small team workshops. Amy has a knack for understanding the unique cultures of different organizations and teams, and she enjoys the transformative process of helping people better understand and appreciate one another. In her workshops, she seamlessly uses CliftonStrengths to accelerate team development while providing a meaningful and fun team-building experience.
